RG Spaces is a small, volunteer-run charity operating in and around Reading, UK. (RG is the main part of the area’s postal code.)
As a charitable incorporated organisation (CIO) we are registered by and report to the Charity Commission for England and Wales. Our charity number is 1160023. Our aim is to work with other organisations to help enhance Reading’s publicly-accessible heritage and cultural spaces – both real and virtual. We normally do this either by taking the lead in a modest short-term project, in which case the project reports to our trustee board, or by providing help to another organisation’s project. Our help normally includes a modest grant, alongside expertise from our trustees and volunteers. We prefer to give grants to projects where we can add value.
